Although we are primarily Plumbing and Heating Engineers we have a very useful team of "friends" who are skilled in other property trades.

Electrician

As you have probably read on this website Alan is fully trained up to Part P standards of the Building regs. for domestic electrical work. When a client requires plumbing and electrical work and the job needs to be finished in double quick time we have another electrician who we bring in on a contract basis to help out.

Carpenter

We have a very good carpenter/joiner who gives us priority when ever possible for either priced jobs or emergency jobs. We have had a few occasions where we have stripped out a bathroom to find rotten wood behind the shower unit or under the bath. Work has had to stop until the rotten wood has been replaced. Our carpenter has often worked in the evening or week-ends to try and keep the job on schedule.

Bricklayer.

Filling in holes where pipes have gone through and have now been removed is easy if they are not seen afterwards. When you have to match brickwork and mortar in a prominent position then the experience of a good quality bricklayer is essential. We just happen to have one on the team who can tell the type and style of a brick just by looking at it. Again he is able to do small jobs on very short notice.
